Vimient provides person-to-person connections for holistic wellbeing, so that your loved one can enjoy living independently longer.
Through this program, Wellness Coaches connect with seniors twice a week to do a one-on-one check in on their emotional, social, and physical wellbeing, as well as discussing ongoing individualized wellness plans and answering questions.
You will have peace of mind knowing that everyone will be notified of any changes, as Vimient devices monitor information about the wellbeing of your loved one, including falls, sleep patterns, hydration, location, activity levels, and more. The Coaches continually review this information to inform plans and monitor for any areas of concern.
