Vimient provides person-to-person connections for holistic wellbeing, so that your loved one can enjoy living independently longer. Your loved one can enjoy their independent living apartments for seniors and you can know they are truly safe.
Through this program, Wellness Coaches connect with seniors regularly. Sessions are held twice a week for a one-on-one check in on their emotional, social, and physical wellbeing. These sessions also offer opportunities for discussing ongoing individualized wellness plans and answering questions.
You will have peace of mind knowing that everyone will be notified of any changes. Vimient devices monitor information about the wellbeing of your loved one. This happens seamlessly and continuously while they are on premises or in their senior independent living apartment, including:

The Coaches continually review this information to inform plans and monitor for any areas of concern.
